Free POS: what's included in KupaLi's free plan?
A free POS should be clear before you sign up. On KupaLi's free plan the software costs ₪0, with set usage limits that suit a small business that's just starting.
The plan, in numbers
One branch, one user and up to 300 receipts a month. The number of products is unlimited. Besides the POS and receipt issuing, the plan includes accountant export and support through an AI assistant and by email.
What's not included at ₪0
Hardware, printers, barcode scanners, card terminals and processing fees are not included. Inventory and customer cards start with Register (₪79 per branch per month + VAT). Loyalty club, promotions and chain management are in Smart POS (₪119 per branch per month + VAT).
Offline mode is included on every plan, including the free version: keep selling even without internet
A catalog is not inventory
Unlimited products means a catalog, not inventory. Stock counting starts with Register.
Check the fit for your business
Think about how many receipts you issue a month, who needs to work on the POS and whether it's a single branch. Went over 300 receipts? In the first month, just a notice. A second month in a row, and selling stops from the 1st of the following month until you upgrade. You are never charged automatically.
